Exosome Therapy

Doctor-led integrative regenerative consultations
Exosome therapy is an emerging area of regenerative medicine being explored for its potential role in supporting skin quality, hair health, and tissue regeneration. At Integrative MedAesthetics – Dr Georgeta Deac, exosome therapy is offered only following a comprehensive medical consultation and as part of a personalised, integrative treatment plan.
Our approach prioritises patient safety, informed consent, and evidence-based decision-making.

What are exosomes?

Exosomes are microscopic extracellular vesicles involved in cell-to-cell communication. In research settings, they are being studied for their role in cellular signalling and tissue repair processes.
While exosome science is evolving, clinical applications in aesthetics and regenerative medicine are still developing, and outcomes may vary between individuals.

How exosome therapy may be used in clinical practice

Exosome therapy may be considered as part of a broader medical or aesthetic treatment plan, which can include:

  • Supporting skin quality and overall skin health

  • Complementing regenerative or collagen-stimulating procedures

  • Supporting scalp and hair health when clinically appropriate

  • Assisting tissue recovery following selected medical aesthetic treatments

Exosome therapy is not a guaranteed treatment, and results cannot be predicted.

Our medical and integrative approach

All patients undergo a doctor-led consultation to assess suitability. This includes:

  • Review of medical history and current health

  • Discussion of treatment goals and expectations

  • Explanation of potential benefits, risks, and limitations

  • Consideration of alternative or adjunctive treatment options

We take a holistic and individualised approach, ensuring that any treatment aligns with overall health, skin integrity, and long-term wellbeing.

Important information

  • Exosome therapy is an emerging treatment and may not be suitable for everyone

  • Clinical evidence is evolving, and outcomes vary between individuals
